How long will my order take to arrive?
Each design is made to order therefore it may take up to 14 days to arrive but no longer. However, all stocked items will arrive in 3 to 5 working days.
My jewellery looks different to the photos?
Andrea Gardiner makes every piece of jewellery therefore each design is slighlty different and no 2 are the exact same which is the beauty of bespoke design, it's completely unique for each customer.
How would I get a refund?
